Notes for Russ: In the beginning, this is what I blend up daily. When I got where I wanted to be in weight, I went to 3 days a week. I drink I cup of the brew in the morning and the rest throughout the day. I eat a light meal for dinner. On the days that I do not drink the brew, I have a light breakfast late in the morning and I only eat one other regular meal a day, usually about 4:00 - 5:00 in the evening.

Personal Notes:
Russ says: When I drink this brew, be sure to swish it around in your mouth after about 3 swallows. This gets the enzymes into your system. You usually get this from your food when you chew. It is, also, a good idea to take a probiotic to get more bacteria and enzymes.

(Uncle Russ also eats 1 boiled egg to get more protein)
