4 chilled peaches
4 tbsp. sugar
1 c red raspberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c heavy cream or evaporated milk whipped
1/2 c pecans or blanched almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and peel the peaches. Remove seeds and cut and dice. Add the sugar, stir and add the raspberries, lemon juice and nuts. Chill or serve at once in dessert dishes with a spoonful of whipped cream.
