1 cup Butter softened
2 cups Finely Crushed Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1 cup Finely Shredded Coconut
3 cups Powdered Sugar
1 cup Chunk Style Peanut Butter
1 12 ounce package Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1/4 of a cake of Paraffin

Directions:

Beat Butter in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Add crumbs, vanilla, coconut, sugar and mix well with hands. Stir in peanut butter and then mix well. Shape into balls and place on baking sheet. Place in freezer for 15 minutes. Melt chocolate chips with paraffin or shortening over very low heat and stir to blend. Insert wood pick in balls and swirl in chocolate. Place on wax paper to harden. Store in refrigerator or freezer for long storage. When dipping chocolate thickens, heat over low heat and add a little more paraffin or shortening.
