1/2 small red onion
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Salad Mix:
2 bags field green mix
1 can mandarin oranges*
2 bananas, thinly sliced*
Caramelized walnuts
Strawberries, sliced*

*You can also use seasonal fruits like blueberries, raspberries, apples, etc.

Dressing: Blend all ingredients together in blender for about 1 minute

Salad: Toss all ingredients together
