1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1/3 cup Apricot preserves
8 ounces brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 25 cubes
25 walnut 1/2 s

Directions:
Directions:
Roll pastry on a lightly floured surface to make rectangle 121/2x121/2 inches; cut into 25 21/2 -inch squares. Place pastries in mini-muffin tins, stretching dough slightly if necessary, so corners of pastry extend slightly above rims of cups. Place 1/2 tsp preserves in bottom of each pastry, top with piece of cheese and a walnut half. Bring corners of pastry to center, pinching slighly. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven until pastries are golden, 15 to 20 minutes; cool in pans 5 minutes tops will slightly open durind baking. Serve warm
