2 cups Bisquick baking mix
3/4 cup finely chopped fully cooked smoked ham
1 cup shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
2 T snipped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2/3 cup milk
1 egg

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Mix all ingredients, spread in pan. Bake until golden brown. 25-30 minutes. Cut into rectangles, about 2x1-1/2 inches.

High Altitude (3500-6500 feet): Heat oven to 375, decrease baking mix to 1-3/4 cups, add 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
