1 16- ounce carton cottage cheese
1 8-ounce pkg. cream cheese
1/2 - 1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped lettuce
1 small can green chilies
1 small can, sliced black olives
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar/Mexican/Taco cheese (your choice)
1/2 - 1 cup chopped scallions (green onions) optional

1 large bag of Tostitos

1. Place cottage cheese in a food processor (or use a mixer) and blend until almost smooth.
2. Add cream cheese and process until mixed together.
3. Add Taco seasoning and blend.
4. Spread mixture on a large tray.
5. Top with chopped lettuce; add chopped tomatoes.
6. Add shredded cheese, chilies and sliced olives,. Add scallions, if desired.
7. Chill.
8. Serve with Tostitos.
