Ingredients:  
1 lb mushrooms cleaned
1/3 c butter
3 oz port wine
1 c light cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Trim stems on mushrooms. Saute in pan with butter. Add wine and cook on low until nearly reduced to nothing. Add cream, salt, pepper and parsley. Cover and cook slowly for 15 to 20 min or until mushrooms are tender and sauce is reduced.
