Lettuce (styles you prefer)
Red Cabbage, shredded
Slivered almonds
fried wonton strips

DRESSING:
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine lettuces, red cabbage, almonds, and fried wonton strips and place in salad bowl.
2. Make dressing by combining all 6 ingredients: sugar, Sesame Oil, Red wine vinegar, salad oil,
salt and pepper.
3. Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and toss to cover.
4. Serve.

This is the original recipe that was given to me by Jane Takahashi. Jane is a neighbor of my room-mate from school, Carole McKee Baskerville, in Malibu, CA. This salad is good with cut-up, cooked chicken added too!
