1 sheet frozen puff pastry dough, thawed
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts, finally chopped
1 egg yolk, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
On a lightly floured surface, use a floured rolling pin to roll out pastry to a 8"x12" rectangle. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon, set aside. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add raisins and walnuts stirring until well coated. Spread raisin/walnut mixture evenly over puff pastry. Sprinkle sugar mix evenly over that.

Beginning at the long edge, roll up pastry. Brush egg yolk on long edge to seal.

Place on greased baking sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool completely and cut into 3/4" slices or about 12 pinwheels.
