1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1 lb ground turkey (or beef)
1 yellow onion, finely chopped (or dried minced onion)
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil in a skillet, add the meat and brown til cooked all the way through. Add onion and cook until tender. Remove from heat and drain grease. Pour into crockpot and add remaining ingredients. Cook 7-8 hours on low. Enjoy!
