Chicken or turkey, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 cup celery, chopped
1 large onion
soy sauce
3 cups cooked minute rice
1/2 bag frozen peas, already cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the meat, butter, celery and onion. Add soy sauce to suit your preference. Add rice and peas. Stir together and serve.

Can use canned chicken and brown or white rice. Add more or less, depending how many you want to serve.
