16 fully cooked maple breakfast sausage links- fried & cooled
16 baked mini croissants
6 eggs
1 C. heavy cream
1/2 C. milk
1/3 C. maple syrup
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 t. salt

Confectioners sugar & maple syrup for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9X13 baking pan with Pam.
Cut sausage links into thirds & croissants into fourths, arrange in baking dish.

Whisk eggs, cream, milk, syrup, sugar & salt.
Pour evenly over the sausage & croissants.
Cover & refrigerate overnight.

Bake for 45-50 minutes at 325 or until puffy & golden.

Dust with confectioners sugar & drizzle with maple syrup prior to serving.
