1# Hot or regular sausage
8 eggs slightly beaten
3 C. milk
1 1/2 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
3 slices white bread cut into 1/4" cubes
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the sausage in a medium skillet until browned & no longer pink, crumbled, drain.
Mix the eggs, milk, mustard & salt.
Stir in the bread, sausage & cheese.
Pour into a 9X13 baking pan sprayed with Pam, cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered for 60 minutes at 350.
