2 # Orieda Southern Style Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1/4-1/2 C. minced dried onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 C. melted butter
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
10 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Topping:
2 C. cornflakes
1/2 C. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Partially defrost potatoes.
Combine all ingredients.
Spread in a 9X13 baking pan sprayed with Pam.

Mix cornflakes with melted butter and spread over the top.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
