Pesto:
3 C packed fresh basil
3 Garlic cloves
1/4 C fresh Parmesan
1/2 C olive oil
1/4 C toasted pine nuts
salt and pepper

2 T olive oil
4 chicken thighs boneless and skinless
salt and pepper
1 lb green beans
2 C cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 C basil pesto ingredients above

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients except the oil and salt and pepper in a food processor. Pour in the olive oil slowly while mixing. Salt and pepper.

Chicken:
Heat olive oil in pan, cook chicken and salt and pepper. Cook through, remove from the pan. Slice chicken into strips. Add green beans and cook till crisp tender. Return the chicken strips to pan. Add the tomatoes and pesto and heat through.
