1lb of Lean Ground Beef
1 can of Black beans
1 can of Rotel
1 can of Corn
1 Bell pepper
1/2 Onion
1 tablespoon of Minced Garlic
Green Goya
Shredded Cheese to garnish
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef with minced garlic, onions, and bell peppers. Season with the Green Goya, salt, and pepper. Once the meat is cooked add in the canned black beans, corn, and rotel. Serve over cooked rice and place cheese on top as a garnish.
