6 Medium Potatoes
2 Tablespoons McCormick's Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Season Salt
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Cups Frozen Chopped Onion, Yellow Peppers, Green Peppers, Red Peppers (optional)
1 3 ounce package of bacon bits
2-3 Cups of Shredded Mild Cheddar or Mexican Blend Cheese

Directions:

Pre-heat oven at 300 degrees. Peel potatoes and dice into bite-sized pieces. Place potatoes into a 9"x13" baking dish. Pour vegetable oil over potatoes and stir. Add frozen peppers and onions (optional). Add bacon bits. Add seasonings to potatoes. Stir, making sure the potatoes are covered with oil and seasonings. Cover with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Uncover potatoes and add cheese to the top of potatoes. Bake, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes.
