1/4c bisquick baking mix
1/2t dry mustard
1c milk
1c shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs separated
1/4t cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F lightly grease 1 1/2qt casserole. Mix baking mix and mustard in 1qt saucepan. Stir in milk gradually. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cheese; remove from heat. Stir cooked mixture into egg yolks gradually. Beat egg whites and cream of tarter until soft peaks form. Fold into cheese mixture. Pour into casserole, bake until knife inserted 1inch from edge comes out clean.

40-50 minutes
serve immediately
