2 pounds ground beef
2 packages taco seasoning
1 16 ounce jar salsa ( we use mild, you can turn up the heat by using medium or hot salsa)
I small onion thinly diced
I box 16 ounces pasta ( I use Rotini)
I tbsp. minced garlic
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

Cook pasta according to directions on box, drain

Cook ground beef, onion until no longer pink, drain

Add garlic, salsa and taco seasoning to the meat mixture

Stir until completely blended,

stir in pasta , Add sour cream, stir well and pour into a 13x 9 baking pan

Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and bake 30 minutes until cheese is melted
