Italian style croutons
Tator Tots
Cooked sausage, cooked bacon, or ham
Fried onions, peppers, mushrooms in Lieu of meat, if desired
Shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs
1 3/4 cup milk
1 T. yellow mustard
salt/pepper
1 T. Trader Joes 21 seasoning salute
1 t. Lawrys seasoning

Spray a 9x11 pan with non-stick spray

Spread Italian-style croutons evenly over bottom of pan. You can mix tator tots in if you'd like (1/2 and 1/2)

Spread the meat or veggies you choose over the croutons

Spread 2 cups shredded cheese over the meats

Mix the eggs, milk, mustard, and seasonings and pour over all ingredients and let sit overnight

Bake for 50-60 minutes at 375º
