16 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 lb. sausage

Directions:
Directions:
wash mushroom; remove stems. Fill mushrooms with sausage. Place on cookie sheet with a little water. Bake at 350 F. for 30 - 45 minutes or until sausage is done.

Suggestion: combine cheddar cheese or cream cheese with the sausage before stuffing.
