1 cabbage, shredded
1 lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined (can substitute with cooked chicken or beef cut in thin slices)
Soy Sauce
1 lg. onion, diced
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Salt (optional)
Egg Roll wraps
Cornstarch
Oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch and soy sauce together until it has a thick consistency. Add all other ingredients except egg roll wraps; mix together well. Put 2 or 3 tablespoons in each egg roll wrap; DO NOT OVER FILL, wrap mixture in egg roll, folding ends in. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

NOTE: If using chicken or beef, cook before adding to egg roll mixture.
