1 pkg. (26 oz.) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
Seasoned salt to taste
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean Hearty Original Sausage Crumbles
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 C. shredded parmesan cheese
6 green onions sliced or chopped sweet onions
12 eggs
1/2 C. milk
1 t. salt
1/4 t. ground black pepper

Optional: 1/2 C. julienne cut sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray oil.
Layer 1/2 of the potatoes in the bottom
Top with 1/2 of the sausage, mozzarella & parmesan cheese, onions & tomatoes if used, repeat
Beat eggs, milk & pepper with a whisk until well blended
Pour evenly over the potato-sausage mixture
Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours or on high setting for 3-4 hours or until eggs are set

Serve with fresh fruit.
