1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup berries ( blueberries raspberries or blackberries)

Topping ingredients:
2 1/2 cup flour
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 sticks melted butter.

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix the 1 1/2 cup flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a smaller bowl beat the egg with the milk, oil and vanilla. Combine with the dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon. Add the cup of berries and mix lightly. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix together the topping ingredients until crumbly and spread evenly over the cake. Bake 350º oven for 30 minutes or until crumbs brown slightly. Allow to cool slightly. May be served warm with ice cream or cool.
