2 lbs pickling cucumbers (about 10 3-4 ")
1 1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 cups sugar
2 1/3 Tbsp pickling salt
1 tsp sweet pickling spice blend.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the vinegar, water, salt, sugar and spices in a large stainless pot. Just bring to a boil stirring to dissolve the dry ingredients. Allow to cool.
Wash and cut off the blossom end of the cucumbers and then slice them into 1/2 inch slices. Pack in pint jars to 1/2 inch of top. Pour the cooled vinegar mix over the cucumbers and remove air bubbles. then add more vinegar mix to cover the cucumbers. Place lids on the jars, label and store in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours and enjoy.
