2 lbs cucumbers ( about 10 3-4 ")
1 1/4 cup white vinegar
1 3/4 cup water
2 1/2 Tbsp pickling salt
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp dill weed fresh or dried.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the vinegar water and salt and garlic in a stainless pot and just bring to a boil stirring to dissolve the salt. Allow to cool
Wash and slice off the blossom end of the cucumbers and then slice them in 1/2 inch slices. Add dill weed or seed to jars. Pack in pint jars to 1/2 inch of top. Pour the cooled mixture over them, remove the air bubbles and top off to cover the cucumbers. Place lids on the jars and label. Place in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours and Enjoy.
