1/3 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup each pears, apricots, pineapple chunks
5 or more red and/or green cherries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon curry (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put well drained fruit in large bowl. Pour over melted butter, cinnamon, sugar and 1 teaspoon of curry if desired. Make the day before and let stand overnight. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
