Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes with peel on, in the round, very thin. Soak potatoes in salt water (2 oz salt per pound of potatoes), let sit at least 15 minutes or overnight, covered. Drain.

Fill pan (with a lid) with olive oil, get it as hot as possible. Fry potatoes with lid on, until golden brown. When done drain and add oregano, feta, salt and pepper.
