"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is very easy to adapt. Try experimenting with different fruits and vegetables to find your favorite texture and flavor. Roasted beets, steamed carrots, juice, protein powder, kale, flax seed, berries, and avocados are just a few ingredients that you can try to create your perfect smoothie. The recipe should also work if you need to remove an ingredient or two. Experiment with substitutions if necessary. Finding the perfect blend is fun! One of my favorite blends is milk, yogurt, cocoa powder, one banana, and peanut butter. Experiment until you find your perfect mix.
