Busy Family Friendly This recipe comes from the WKMC Nursing Staff Development cookbook - specifically from the long time nursing supervisor, Opal Wimberly, RN who opened the very first CCU in Shreveport. This cookbook was such a success that it was reprinted 4 times, and we finally just stopped printing it! The reason for its popularity is because the recipes are quick and easy. They are perfect for busy nurses and any other busy families!
Love to all, Mimi
