1c. cream
1 egg
1 1/2c. sugar
2Tbsp. lemon zest
1/3c. Fresh juice (approx. 2 large lemons)
Pinch of salt
1 1/3c. milk

Directions:
Beat egg and cream. Add sugar till stiff. Mix in zest and juice. Stir in salt and milk. Freeze and serve.
