1 1/2c. Rice Crispies
(Or quick rolled oats)
2/3c. nut butter of any kind
1/3c. honey
1c. shredded coconut flakes
1/4tsp. cinnamon
Sprinkle of chia seeds (optional)
3/4-1c. mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Add oats or Crispies or some of each and crush with hands until mostly crumbled. Add butter, honey, coconut, chia seeds and cinnamon. Stir then add chocolate chips. Chill in refrigerator for 1hr at least, then form into balls. I like to keep in bags in the freezer.
