3 lbs large shrimp
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup shallots
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 cup olive oil
8 T Dijon-mustard
4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp salt
Fresh pepper
1 T fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil shrimp in salted boiling water until pink
Drain
Whisk marinade together and pour over warm shrimp.

Marinate for at least a few hours -keeps for several days

Serve cold or at room temperature
