1 c. regular rice (Minute Rice)
1/4 envelope dry onion soup mix
6-8 pieces of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water

Directions:
Butter large casserole; place rice in. Top with onion soup (about 2 Tbsp.). Add chicken, pour water and soup over chicken. Cover. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
