1 yellow cake mix (omit water and substitute pineapple juice)
Cool Whip
Crushed Pineapple
Cream Cheese
Vanilla instant pudding
Milk
Coconut
Pecans or Walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Whip together: 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 1 cup milk
Fold in: 1 can drained crushed pineapple. Spread on cooled cake, spread Cool Whip or whipped cream, sprinkle with coconut and your favorite chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
