1 lb broccoli
1 lb spaghetti
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Add broccoli. Once soft, move to processor or blender with a slotted spoon. Add spaghetti to pot and boil til prepared. Add olive oil and garlic to broccoli and process til smooth. Move to a bowl and stir in cream and parmesan. Drain pasta, preserving one cup water. Mix pasta with pesto, adding 1 Tbsp of pasta water at a time if pesto is too dry. Serve with extra Parmesan.
