3 lbs stew meat
2 Swanson's beef broth canisters
2 packets Gravy (brown)
2 packets McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
1 Family size can - cream of mushroom soup
2 small (regular) cans - cream of celery soup
1 big bag baby carrots (do not cut up)
1 large colander full of potatoes (peeled & quartered)
1 stick butter
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
While peeling potatoes, cook carrots in beef broth in microwave for 20 minutes. Brown stew beef. Then add 1 stick of butter to bottom of soup pot, once melted add browned stew beef. Then add remaining ingredients. Cook about 2 hours.
