4 lg eggs
1 pkg (2 layer size) yellow cake mix without pudding (18 1/2 oz)
1 pkg (4 serving size) instant banana pudding mix (3.4oz)
1 C water
1/4 C oil
3 bananas mashed
1/2 C chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3") loaf pans. Beat eggs, then add cake mix, pudding mix, water and oil. Mix well. Stir in bananas and nuts.
Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 1 hour or until bread tests done. Cool in pans on wire rack 10 min: remove from pans and cool completely on rack.
