1 2 lb. bag of frozen diced hash brown potatoes
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp. of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.

Spray the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 for an hour to an hour 15 mins.
Remove foil the last 10 minutes to brown.

Double batch cooks for about 2 hours.
