2- (3.5 oz.) boxes - Vanilla Instant Pudding
3 C - Milk
1-( 8 oz) container - Whipped Topping
Graham Crackers


TOPPING:
1/3 C - Cocoa
1 C - Sugar
1/4 C - Milk
1 stick / (1/2 C)- Butter/Margarine
1 tsp - Vanilla

FILLING:
1.Combine pudding mix with milk. beat 2 minutes. (set aside)
2. Place a layer of Graham crackers in the bottom of 9" x 13" dish.
3. Combine (set aside) pudding mixture with 8 oz.of cool whip.
4. Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture with cool whip over the crackers in the
dish.
5.Place a second layer of Graham crackers over pudding mixture .
6.Spread the rest of the pudding mixture over the second layer of crackers.
7.Top with third and final layer of Graham crackers.

TOPPING:1.Bring cocoa, milk and sugar to full rolling boil. Boil about 1 minute stirring frequently.
2. Remove from heat and cool 1 minute.
3. Add butter and vanilla stir until butter is completely melted.
4. Pour Chocolate Topping, over top layer(exposed) Graham crackers.
5. Refrigerate overnight
