1/2 Cup Bobs Red Mill Multipurpose GF Flour

Directions:
In a large ziploc bag add Flour, Pepper, Salt, Thyme, Turmeric & sage and mix well. Make sure your pork chops are relatively dry, and if previously frozen, completely thawed. One at a time place the pork chops in the bag, coating each completely. You can shake the bag or coat by hand.
In a skillet, add about 1 Tbsp of Olive oil and heat up the pan over a medium to high heat. Once the pan is hot, carefully place pork chops in, being careful not to over crowd. Let fry for about 1 minute then flip. Continue to flip until both sides have browned to your liking, making sure that each piece is in the pan for at least 6 minutes to cook fully through. Serve alone or top with Sauerkraut.
