2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup butter
4 tbsp. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour,sugar and salt in a bowl. Mix in butter. Blend egg and cream in a separate bowl and add to mixture. press dough together. Wrap in plastic and rest for 30 minutes. Roll out dough to 1/8 inch thickness. after dough is sealed with your filling bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

for the filling use any pie filler or mixture that you like.
for the small dumpling maker use 1 tsp filling
for the Medium dumpling maker use 2 tsp. filling
for the large dumpling maker 3 tsp. filling
