Directions:
Boil water. Once boiling, remove from heat and add sugar, chocolate mix and instant coffee. Stir until dissolved. Refrigerate at least 4 hours (over night best).

About 1/2 - 1 hour before serving, take out ice cream, let soften on counter. Pour chocolate/mocha mix into punch bowl. Scoop ice cream into punch bowl. Stir until smooth. Add dollops of whipped cream. Using potato peeler, shave some chocolate from chocolate bar on top of punch - as garnish.

Personal Notes:
I make this at my cookie exchanges and Christmas and New Years get togethers. Everyone loves it! I leave out bottles of Kahlua, Bailey's and Vodka, for the adults to doctor their glass!
