2 1/2 lbs. mahimahi
1 egg white
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup furikake
1 cup panko
1/4 cup peanut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fish into 12 (3 oz.) filets. Combine egg white, milk, water, flour, and cornstarch; mix until smooth. Combine furikake and panko. Dip fish into batter and roll in furikake mixture. Brush a hot skillet or griddle with peanut oil. Grill filets on both sides until lightly browned.
