1 1/2 lbs. small red or white potatoes
1/8 cup olive oil.
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tbsp. garlic
2 tbsp. minced fresh rosemary leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Cut potatoes in half and place in bowl with oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary. Toss until potatoes are well coated.

Dump onto cookie sheet and spread into single layer. Roast in oven for at least 1 hour or until brown & crisp. Flip twice to ensure even browning.
