1 c. finely chopped rhubarb
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. soft butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rhubarb, melted butter and brown sugar in small bowl and mix well. Put in 12 greased tins.

Beat together butter, sugar and egg until fluffy. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg, adding to creamed mix with milk. Stir to moisten, spoon on top of rhubarb. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350º.

Invert on cooking rack over shallow pan, and leave so rhubarb moisture runs out.
