1/2 c. butter
1 package yellow or devil's food cake mix
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate or butterscotch chips
3 c. Cheerios
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Melt butter in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch baking pan in preheated oven. Remove pan, rotating it until butter covers bottom. Sprinkle dry cake mix over butter. Sprinkle with marshmallows, chocolate or butterscotch chips and cereal. Pour milk evenly over top.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. While warm, run knife around edge to loosen. Cool. Cut into bars.

From Pioneer Press column. They were good, but pretty sweet, as I recall. Don't remember what flavor cake mix I used, but the chips were definitely chocolate!
