1 pie crust
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
6-7 c. sliced apples (ot 2 cans canned apples, NOT apple pie filling)
1/2 c. + 1 1/2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. oats

Pie:
Heat oven to 425ºF. Prepare raw pie crust in pie pan. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Mix lightly through apples. Put in pie crust and dot with 1 1/2 t. butter. Sprinkle crumb topping on top. Cover pie crust edges with foil or a pie crust guard. Bake 50-60 minutes.

Crumb Topping:
Combine brown sugar, flour, and oats. Add 1 stick cold butter and cut into small cubes through the sugar/flour/oat mixture.
