Ingredients:
Olive Oil
Worchestershire sauce (Lea & Perry's)
Juice of 2 limes
1 large Garlic Clove (minced)
Cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1st 8 ingredients to a bowl and mix. Add meat and let marinade for 30 minutes, flipping half way through. Heat pan and sear for about 1-2 minutes on each side. I like mine a little more done so I tend to cook twice as long. Remove meat and slice. With juices still in the pan, add bell peppers and onion. You may need to add 1/2 cup water and a splash of Worchestershire sauce here. Cover and saute for 15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add meat back to pan and let heat up again. Serve with your choice of sour cream, cheddar shreds, Feta, salsa or anything else you can think of, on your choice of Tortilla or as a salad. Enjoy
